The list below includes everyone who has been disciplined by the BC Securities Commission since 1987, including persons whose sanctions have now expired.

You can check the payment status of all monetary sanctions since our incorporation on April 1, 1995 under Sanction Payment Status List.

Please visit the Canadian Securities Administrators’ (CSA) Disciplined List for a complete list of disciplinary sanctions from all of Canada's provincial and territorial securities commissions, the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO),  and the former self-regulatory organizations: the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada.
